Umpleby's Bumble Bee Tuna-Egg Pie

4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1 6 1/2 ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

In a medium bowl beat the eggs, dry mustard and cayenne pepper together until foamy. Beat in the half and half.
Cover the bottom of the pastry shell with a layer of tuna. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tuna. Repeat layering. Sprinkle flour over the cheese. Pour the egg mixture over all.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes.
