Three Cheese Crustless Quiche

Guest\'s most requested recipe. Very rich egg dish and great topped with homemade salsa. Good served with a side potato dish, sausage or ham. Return guests will comment, \"so glad you made this, it\'s my favorite. Lots of cook books sell after this dish.

Sour Cream Banana Bread

Very moist, best I have ever had. One guest wanted to buy an oven like ours so her bread would turn out this good. Bakes with a thin crust on top. May spread with a cream cheese frosting for a little extra sweetness or butter. Most guests like it plain.

Pumpkin Walnut Roll

Great for the holidays, weddings, and large groups. I sold these when our girls were growing up. I\'ve also made them for weddings. Freezes well, slices better when slightly frozen. This will surely gets your guests eye. Beautifully displayed when sliced.

Fruit Smoothies

This is my signature smoothie. Our guests love having a different smoothie served daily. I serve the smoothie at the end of breakfast to cleanse the palate. Guests feel as if they are having dessert. This is a real guest pleaser and quick to put together.

Decadent Apple Breakfast Bake

Cross between pancakes and apple pie. The guests really like topping it with ice cream, especially the men. Glad it\'s in the new cook book. Made lots of copies for this recipe. Great with a side of ham or sausage, fresh fruit, granola and yogurt.

Brian\'s Breakfast Casserole

Delicious dish all-in-one. My brother gave me the recipe. Our return guests will ask for this if I haven\'t made it during their stay. Start the night before so the eggs can soak through the potatoes to create a yummy breakfast. Serve with homemade salsa

Orange Smoothie

This smoothie can be made from the home-grown peaches fresh off the tree when in season. Other times frozen peaches can be used to make the smoothie a bit more icy. I\'ve been told it taste like a 50/50 ice cream bar. This is a great way to end breakfast.

Sour Dough Breakfast Bake

Quick and easy breakfast casserole for the holidays. The sharp cheese with the sour dough bread makes this recipe. Make up the night before and pop it into the oven in the morning. Can be topped with chopped bell pepper, red pepper, and sliced mushrooms.

Charlene\'s Quick Breakfast Taters

Many guests have asked for this recipe. Perfect for that extra side dish. I serve it with my Three Cheese Crustless Quiche recipe. Guests have also said they would serve it for dinner. I like to add enough paprika so the potatoes have a light red color.

Our Stay Utah

The Inn was clean and well Kept. The Atmosphere was worm and friendly and the food was great. The service was fast and tentative. Gary and Charlene were very helpful and knew alot about Ceder City and all the things there are to do and see here. They both made me feel like my comfort came first during my stay. I enjoyed their company and their beautiful Inn very much. I am looking forward to my next visit and would gladly recommend Amid Summers Inn to anyone.

Charming Inn and Hosts

We loved this B&B. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. The hosts Gary and Charlene were wonderful. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The Inn itself was beautifully decorated. Gary has done much of the tile work and the bathrooms are gorgeous. We loved the breakfasts and even bought a cookbook! We will definitely be coming back again. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Lovely Inn

I absolutely love the design of this inn! I was able to take a tour of all the rooms and each one is unique and different, you can tell Gary and Charlene care about design. They were also willing to help out in any way they could, from making dinner reservations to making sure we knew where we were going. It was a great stay.

An Elegant and Quality place to sta

Amid Summer's Inn is very beautifully decorated according to the Shakespearean theme, and each room has a unique, fun feeling. The breakfasts are delicious and full of variety. The innkeepers are very friendly and very happy to help with directions or suggestions on things to see and do in the area. The rooms are very clean - the inn takes extra steps for sanitation, such as wrapped drinking glasses and triple sheets over blankets. The location of the inn is peaceful (on a tree-lined street) but centrally located. You will enjoy your stay here.

Charlene and Gary Thanks for everything. You two are like family, and that's our highest compliment. Amid Summer's Inn is my second home. Here I find warmth, solace, peace, stimulation of ideas, and friends-old and new. Thats what home is all about.

Very Special Experience

We've never stayed at a B&B before. You've made this a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. Because you've made this very special, we'll most likely stay at B&B'S wherever we go. Thank you so much.

Wonderful B&B

Amid Summer's Inn is a wonderful B&B. Our room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing and the whole house is decorated beautifully. Gary and Charlene made us feel like it was our home...they went over board to make our stay with them pleasant (even fixed us a special request "to go bag" for breakfast on the last day. Cedar City is also a really great "1950's clean, safe, small town). We have stayed in many B&B'S in Europe & this one rates equal with the top B&B'S in Europe.

The Greatest

We discovered Amid Summer's Inn B&B about seven years ago. It has been our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. The romms have individual themes and they are delightful. We really like tvs in the room, individual temperature controls. Several rooms have hot tubs. they are great after a wonderful day. The breakfasts are gourment quality and plentiful. If you leave the table hungry its your fault. Gaary and charlene are excellent hosts. I highly recommond Amid Summer's inn for your stay. Many of my friends have.

A Comfortable Home Away From Home

A comfortable home away from home. Charlene & Gary are the perfect Host and Hostess. Each room is unique inspired by its own theme. The art murals and decor is spectacular and the food is a gourmet's delight.

Our Favorite Place to Stay

Every year for our anniversary we go to Cedar City for the Shakespeare festival. We have stayed at Amid Summer's Inn for the past 10 years. The rooms are always clean, quiet and beautiful. The breakfast is always delicious. We enjoy eating and spending time with other guests at the breakfast table. Overall it is a friendly and welcoming place that we recommend to all our friends.
