Carla's Saute'd Peaches

Created and Named for a repeat guest who hates bananas

4 peaches
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 Peach Liquer
1/4 cup maple syrup

Place 4 peaches in boiling water and boil a few minutes until peaches can be skinned. Then place in cold water to stop the heating process. In the meantime melt the butter in a large non stick frying pan, medium heat. Add the peach liqueur and turn heat to low so butter does not burn and alcohol burns off. Pull the skin off the peaches. Cut each peach into 8 sections and throw the pit away. Place the peaches in the frying pan and turn over. Add the maple syrup, stir lightly and heat on medium low heat for 1/2 hour. The created syrup should thicken. Keep the peaches on low heat. After serving your breakfast entre' place 8 peach sections on each dessert plate in a decorative manner. Squirt a bit of whipped cream and top with grated excellent quality chocolate.
