Tropical Delight

One large [32oz] vanilla non-fat or light & fit yogurt [80-110 calories per serving]
One large [24 oz] non-fat cottage cheese [80 calories per serving]
1 can [20oz.] crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice-drain & add thus juice to your orange juice.
1 can [16oz.] mandarin oranges in light syrup-drain & throw away syrup

Mix all four ingredients in a bowl & spoon back into the empty yogurt & cottage cheese containers. This will leave just enough to eat right away. You can sprinkle granola over top or crumble plain shredded wheat cereal on top. I eat this for breakfast almost everyday.
