Barclay Cottage Granola

Description:
Very good as a topping for yogurt or hot cereal

Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats, not instant
1/4 cup sliced raw almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons water
3/4 cup golden raisins, cut in half

Directions:
Mix together oats, almonds, sesame seeds, apricots, honey, maple syrup, oil and water.
Bake at 325 until golden brown (30-35 minutes), stirring every 5 minutes or so
Cool in pan
Stir in raisins
Store in airtight container
Keeps 4 - 6 weeks
