Sausage N Eggs Casserole

Make this the night before and heat it in the morning. Very tasty! Very easy!

1 10 oz. tube crescent rolls (found in the refrigerator section)
1 lb. loose sausage, cooked and all fat drained off (I drain in a colander and run hot water over)
6 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese

Grease or butter 9" square pan
Line with crescent roll dough
Place cooked and drained sausage evenly over dough
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper and cook until almost scrambled, but still loose
Distribute evenly over sausage
Sprinkle evenly with Swiss cheese
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
Let set for 5 minutes before serving
(pour off any residual fat before cutting)
