Who doesn't love chocolate, even for breakfast! Even better when served with the Chocolate Honey Butter included in this recipe. Ingredients: • 1 cup sugar • 1/2 cup butter, softened • Combine and mix well • 2 eggs • Add to sugar mix • 1 3/4 cup flour • 1/2 cup cocoa, sifted • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp baking powder • Mix into egg mixture • 1/3 cup chopped nuts Stir in. Grease and flour loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 – 65 minutes. Serve with chocolate honey butter. Double the recipe for 2 loaves, leftover bread can be frozen and makes unique French toast.
