Crepes, filling can be savory or sweet:
1.Sauted mushrooms and asparagus
2. Sliced peaches, cottage cheese and honey
3. Sliced strawberries and cream whipped with sour cream and powdered sugar

4 eggs
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups of flour

Beat together with whisk first 4 ingredients.
Sift flour into egg mixture and whisk together.
Spray crepe pan for each crepe you make, turn stove to medium high and use 1 ladle per crepe. Heat till brown, flip and heat
