Oven Roasted Potatoes Ingredients: 6 – 10 potatoes Olive oil 2 teaspoons basil or oregano Salt and pepper Directions: Wash and cut up potatoes into 1" chunks. Spread in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with olive oil and herbs, salt and pepper. Stir to coat. Bake at 350* for 45 – 50 minutes, stirring once or twice while baking.
