Chocolate Crunch Bars

Crunchy S'Mores with a hint of peanut butter...Yummy. One of our Holiday favorites!

3 cups Rice Krispies
7 whole pieces of honey graham crackers
2-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2/3 cup corn syrup
3 Tb. unsalted butter
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

Coat a 13x9x2-inch pan with non-stick spray. Place 6 whole pieces of graham crackers in a single layer and cut the remaining pieces to fit in the rest of the pan. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.Bake in 350 degree oven till puffy,5-10 minutes, watch carefully and then cool completely.
In a 2 quart pan combine chocolate morsels, corn syrup, and butter. Heat over medium heat until smooth and creamy Stir in peanut butter and then add in Rice Krispies. Mix until evenly combined. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours. Cut and enjoy!
