Chocolate Hazelnut Icing For Whole Wheat Brownies

A rich, over-the top (optional) addition to Whole Wheat Brownies.

1 stick butter
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbsp half & half to desired spreading consistency

Melt butter & stir in cocoa. Add powdered sugar, Frangelico, & vanilla, beating until smooth. Add half & half to desired spreading consistency.
