Description:
Tormentlingly delicious snack made with 4 ingredients that are probably already in your pantry. There is no good reason why these can't be made anytime of the day or night! Ingredients: 1 Cup of butter (do not substitute) 1 Cup of brown sugar 24 saltine crackers 1 1/2 Cups of chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil and grease with butter or spray with Pam. Lay the crackers in a singel layer on the pan, salt side down. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in the brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Put in oven for 5 minuntes. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit to soften and then spread evenly over toffee. Refrigerate at least one hour, if you can wait that long! Cut into squares to serve. These never last long enough around here to snap a photo!
