Florentine Egg Fluffs

Description: A lovely dish with flavor and a taste of Italy. This fluffy omelet variation adds a touch of romance to any breakfast meal. Ingredients: 1 lb. Turkey Breakfast Sausage (browned and sautéed) 1 cup of Frozen Package Shoestring Hash browns (browned and cooked) 1 T Worcestershire 1 T Chopped White Onions (cooked with sausage) 1/2 Bag of Chopped Spinach (fresh or frozen) 1 1/2 Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 12 Eggs or 2 per person 1 1/2 Cups of 2% Milk 1 T Italian Seasoning 12 Slices of Cooked Bacon Garnish: Sprigs of fresh Italian Parsley, Kiwi Slices, Parmesan and Marinara Sauce Directions: Brown turkey sausage and hash browns and combine together. Add Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce, mix together well with sausage and hash browns. Spray 4-inch egg dishes or Corning ware Grab-It bowls with non-stick spray. Layer the bottom of each dish with spinach, a large spoonful of the sausage/hash brown mixture and 1/4 cup of grated Mozzarella cheese. In blender, mix eggs and milk together, pour approximately 1/2 cup of egg mixture over sausage, spinach and hash brown ingredients. Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian seasoning and place two small bacon slices criss-crossed atop the ingredients. Bake: Preheated 350-degree oven for 35 minutes.
