Melons In Mint Sauce

Refreshing. We serve this as a breakfast starter, but it is also great for a light dessert.

1 lg. melon
1 40z block of Cream cheese
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves (packed)

Make Melon balls or cut into bit size chunks. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

To make sauce, place all ingredents in food processor, Process on high until smooth.

Spoon melon into cocktail glasses or berry dishes and top with a dollop of sauce. Pass extra sauce.
