Salsa Souffle

Fensalden Inn's signature dish, our Salsa Souffle is a favorite of all our guests.

Grated Cheese (your preference)
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Souffle dish

Pam souffle dish. Cover bottom of dish with salsa. Put one kitchen spoon of grated cheese into dish. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now) Beat egg and milk. Pour into dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
