For a beautiful place to stay in New Orleans, try the Terrell House for beauty, graciousness and hospitality

The house is gorgeously appointed with local art, antiques and fresh flowers. Linda and her staff deliver excellent customer service and southern hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is home-made  Definitely no Eggo waffles and stale bagels. We stayed for three days and the meal was delicious & different everyday. Perfect for the travellers that want a quiet stay away from the French Quarter, but it two block walk to the historic street car line.

Gracing the Lower Garden District in an historic area near the French Quarter, Terrell House is a grand three-story Italianate stucco-over-brick antebellum mansion in
New Orleans,Louisiana. Relax in elegance and comfort on a porch, in the den or double parlors with period English and American antiques. Air-conditioned guest bedrooms with generous up scale amenities in the main house and the adjacent carriage house look out or open onto the courtyard with lush gardens, fountains and shaded sitting areas. The carriage house is furnished with locally hand-crafted cypress furniture. Linger over a satisfying breakfast that reflects warm southern hospitality before exploring the popular sites of the city.
