A Quiche With Mushrooms & Tomatoes

Flaky crust filled with a tasty and hearty baked egg filling.

1 dozen eggs, beaten
2 cups half & half
1 tsp salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup flour
1 pint mushrooms chopped
2 fresh tomatoes seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh thyme
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh parsley
1 Tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
2 prepared 9 inch pie crusts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, saute
mushrooms on medium-high until golden. Lower heat and add garlic, tomato, and seasonings. Remove from heat and allow to become room temperature.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and add half & half, flour, shredded cheese and seasonings.

Evenly distribute sauteed mixture into pie shells. Then fill shells with egg mixture.
