Ace Pumpkin Walnut And Raisin Muffins

Guests can't get enough of these super moist and nutty muffins. We love them because they are super easy to prepare and come out perfect every time!

4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 cups raisins
1 cup walnut pieces
2 cups sugar
1.5 cup canola oil
1.75 cup canned pumpkin

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin tins or use muffin liners.

Combine all dry ingredients. In a large bowl mix together pumpkin, oil and eggs. Add wet to dry along with the raisins and nuts. Do not over mix.

Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full.
