Apple Sausage Breakfast Ring
Description:
A Family Favorite
Ingredients:
2 lbs Bulk Sausage 2 Eggs Beaten 1 1/2 Cups Ritz cracker crumbs 1 cup grated apple, (peeled) 1/2 Onion, minced 1/4 Cup Milk
Directions:
Line 2 1/2 quart ring mold with plastic wrap. Combine all ingredients & press into mold. Chill several hours or overnight. Unmold, place onto baking sheet with sides. Bake 1 hour @ 350. Place Ring on serving platter & fill center with your favorite scrambled eggs. Garnish as desired
