A special dish for New Years breakfast Brunch Ingredients: 1 16 oz can Peaches 1 15 oz can Pineaple Chunks 1 16 oz can Sliced Pears 1 17 oz can Apricot Halves 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted 2 Bananas sliced 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, firm 4 tsp Curry Powder or 2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Cloves 1 tsp Nutmeg Directions: Drain & combine canned fruits. Melt Butter & add sugar & flavorings & stir into fruits. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover & heat in 350 oven for 30 min. or in microwave for 5 min. Stir in Bananas just before serving. Use any combo fresh or canned fruit you desire.
