Fresh Fruit With Lime Syrup

Description:
Very special & healthy too!

Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1 T cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp grated lime rind
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 can cut pineapple (1/2 inch pieces) Drained
1 cups red seedless grapes cut in half
3 Kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced & cut in quarters
2 oranges or mandarin canned oranges, peeled & sectioned.
Fresh Mint sprigs

Directions:
Whisk 1 cup water & cornstarch together in small saucepan. Whisk in sugar, rind & juice & bring to boil over low heat, constantly whisking. Boil 1 min & chill at least 2 hours.
Combine pineapple & next 3 ingredients together
in large bowl; garnish & drizzle with chilled syrup & serve.
