Asparagus Egg Dish

Delicious dish, best when served with fresh asparagus. I do not use canned asparagus.

1 loaf of sour dough French break sliced very thin
1 pound of asparagus
4 cups of shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
Fresh chives
Pine nuts
12 eggs
3 cups of milk
2 cloves minced garlic

Layer bread, asparagus, cheese, tomatoes, chives and nuts in a 9x12 Pyrex dish - repeat process. Mix eggs, milk and cloves of garlic in the blender and pour over top.
