Mashed Potatoes

Description:
This recipe is also great for making potato pancakes in the morning. Cook on a griddle with butter.

Ingredients:
5 pounds of russet (baking) potatoes
8 ounche package of cream cheese
Small carton of sour cream
1/2 cube of butter

Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes. Mash either by hand or with a mixer. Beat in remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. You may either heat and serve, store in refrigerator or freeze until ready to use. Reheat before using.
