Cheesy Potatoes

Description:
Our guests love this recipe and it goes perfect with a simple egg casserole.

Ingredients:
1 - 2 pound bag frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed
1 medium onion, chopped & microwaved 5 minutes
1 stick butter
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 - 8 ounce sour cream
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix sour cream, soup and butter. Add hash browns, onions and cheese. Mix together thoroughly and pour into 9x12 baking dish. Bake uncovered for one hour.
