Waffle Berry Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
Waffle Base: 12 ounces frozen waffles cut into cubes 3/4 cup white chocolate for baking chopped (or white chocolate chips) 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries/strawberries Filling: 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flour 2 cups sour cream 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Directions: Layer cubes, chocolate and berries in twelve individual custard cups, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. Whisk together Filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
