3 Ways to Maximize Your Facebook Pages
1. Keep Potential Guests Engaged – Facebook doesn’t replace your hotel website, it works alongside because it’s updated so often with interesting events, photos, guests comments and the daily fun that will engage travelers. The goal is to get friends and former guests to like your posts, and comment, to remember your inn. Start the conversation, and watch your inn business grow.
2. Build and Show Off Your Reviews – Past guests can recommend you via Facebook’s star rating system. All you have to do is set up a reviews tab . But even better – publish those guest book reviews that are hidden in rooms so everyone can see them. You can share when you are excited about a recent comment. If iloveinns is managing your facebook and twitter and pinterest, the social media team will post these comments to all 3 social media channels. You can even indicate your favorite comments and they can be made to stay at the top of facebook.
3. Collect Emails – Have guests sign up for your newsletter whether you have a newsletter now or have plans to. these are future guests who will want to know about any promotions. You can even accept reservations by linking to your website pages.
