Peach Cobbler

Description:
This is rich and delicious. Best topped with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
Dough:
2 Cups Bisquik
2/3 Cup milk
Pie Gluten:
4 tbs flour
4 egg yolks
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
Peaches:
5 cans of sliced peaches

Directions:
Roll out dough on a floured board and roll up three times. The last time, cut the dough into 1/2 inch strips.
Mix together the ingredients for the gluten: flour, yolks, sugar and butter.
In a deep 9x13 inch pan, place a layer of peaches, cover with the gluten and then criss cross strips of bisquik on top. Repeat these layers. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven
Peaches: 5 cans, heated and drained. Save the liquid.
