Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, honors America’s birthday and the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.  Millions of dollars are forked out each year for flags and fireworks, but you don’t have to break your budget to celebrate patriotic style at these bed and breakfast inns.
