Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Description:
A healthier version of the potato chip!
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato, peeled and sliced thin 2 tsp. Olive oil 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Thinly slice potatoes in food processor or by hand. Arrange slices on baking sheets to they don't overlap. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake chips until they begin to lightly brown (about 15 min.). Cool on wire rack & serve
