Quick Brunch Quiche

This is a great recipe for a crowd. Timesaver too--make it the night before and bake it the next morning.

8 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, diced
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups half and half
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Butter a 3-quart casserole dish. Mix bread, onion, cheese, bacon (I sprinkle my bread crumbs in the bottom of my dish, then cheese, then onion, and bacon--you can layer or stir, makes no difference). Beat eggs and add milk, half and half and seasonings. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
