French Toast

Everyone loves French toast. Easy, tasty and presents very well

Pepperidge Farms French Vanilla Bread 2 slices per person

4 eggs

2 tsp vanila

1 an 1/2 cup half and half (or eggnog during the holidays)

1/4 quater cup brown sugar

1tbs pumpkin spice

Butter for frying

Mix all ingredients except the French vanila bread in a bowl.

Cut the French vanila bread on an angle

Dip the pieces of bread in the egg batter until covered and wet.

Sautee the bread in melted butter in a frying pan or griddle until golden brown. Flip and cook other side until golden brown.

Serve with warm maple syrup and sprinkle with confectionary sugar
