One cup of cranberries finely chopped. 1/2 cup of white wine 1 stick butter 1 cup brown sugar One can of whipped cream A piece of semi-sweet chocolate for shaving. Directions: Peel and cut up the pears into small chunks about 1/4 inch in size. Take the cranberries and finely chop in a mini food chopper. Melt the butter in a sautee pan. Add the pears, cranberries, wine and brown sugar. Cover and let simmer on low for about 15 minutes until the pears are tender.
