Hash Brown And Ham Quiche

Very pretty baked in individual ramekins – egg mixture should be increased a bit.

3 C frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (Southwestern in dairy dept are good)
1/4 C butter, melted, divided
1 C shredded pepper jack cheese
1 C shredded cheddar
1 C diced cooked ham
2 to 4 eggs
1/2 C whipping cream
1/4 tsp seasoned salt.

Dry hash browns. Grease 9" pie plate w/butter. Press hash browns into shell. Drizzle w/remaining butter. Bake uncovered til edges are brown. Combine cheeses and ham, spoon into crust. In bowl, beat eggs, cream and salt. Pour over ham. Reduce heat to 350. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 min until knife comes clean. Let sit 10 min before cutting if using pieshell.
