Blueberry French Toast Cobbler
Description:
“Better than blueberry pancakes” Ingredients: 12 eggs 2 1/2 c. half & half 11/2 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries 26 - 1” slices of crusty French bread (about 1 1/2 loaves) Directions: Mix all together with whip Spray bottom & sides of 9”x 13” & 7 1/2”x 11” pans Put 16 slices in bottom of 9“x 13” pan and 10 slices in 7” x 11” pan Pour above liquid over slices – turn slices over once to be sure well coated. Put 3-4 blueberries on top of each slice of bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Topping 1 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 8 T. (1 stick) butter 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Put in bowl and cover day before. In morning mix well and drop spoonfuls on each slice of bread just before baking. Recipe Summary: Yield: Serves 18 – 20 peopl Cook Time: Bake uncovered in 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
