Brie & Honey Mustard

"This is an unusual but delicious combination."

1 wedge Brie cheese
1 jar Raspberry Honey Mustard
(try Rothschild Farm if available)
1/2 c. chopped pistachio nuts

Remove the outside skin of the Brie and place the cheese on a nice serving dish. Pour the raspberry honey mustard over the top to cover. Sprinkle the pistachio nuts on the top and serve with crackers.
Best served at room temperature
