Almond Honey Butter

What a wonderful addition to our breakfast table at Grandma's Cottage Bed and Breakfast. Just great on our homemade biscuits or buttery croissants.

1 C butter, soften
1/4 C honey
1 – Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 - Teaspoon almond extract.

In a mixing bowl beat the above ingredients until light and fluffy. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; roll into a log or shape into a mound. Refrigerate until chilled. The flavors will have a chance to blend. Remove wrap and place in a butter dish or slice and place onto butter chips. Serve with fresh hot rolls, muffins, tea bread or croissants.

Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
