Eggs And Sausage Casserole

I think every B&B ownner must have this wonderful recipe. At Grandma's Cottage B&B we bake in single serving casserole dishes so each guest has their own dish. Ingredients: 1 - Pound cooked and drained sausage 12 - Eggs, beaten 3 - Cups milk 1 - Teaspoon salt 6 - Slices bread cut into 1 inch cubes 2 - Cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 - Cups diced green peppers 1/2 - Cup diced onions Directions: Beat milk and eggs. Add salt, bread and sausage to egg mixture. Stir in onions and green pepper. Pour into a 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve and enjoy!
