Onion-garlic Bubble Bread
Description:
This is wonderful full flavor bread that goes great with spaghetti, lasagna and homemade bean soup. Bob and I can eat a whole loaf by ourselves. Does great for leftovers…if you have any! Ingredients: 12 - Frozen rolls thawed and cut into two pieces. 1/2 - Cup chopped onion (chop very small) 1/2 - Cup butter, melted 1 – Tablespoon minced garlic 1- Teaspoon dried parsley flakes Sprinkle of garlic salt Directions: In a bowl place the 24 cut pieces of rolls. Add the rest except garlic salt. Toss to coat. Grease a bunt pan and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Add the roll mixture from the bowl, making sure all is placed even in the bunt pan. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Invert onto a plate and serve warm. MMM MMM GOOD!
