Apricot Sausage Compote

Description:
Compote for Finnish Baked Pancake

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. sausage, turkey or pork
1 can apricot halve
1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Crumble and brown sausage well. Mix in apricots and brown sugar and heat through.
