Description:
May be made with many different fillings - eggs, potatoes, varies meats, and beans. A burrito is a Northern New Mexican sandwich. Ingredients: 4 flour tortillas 1 cup refried beans*, canned may be used 2 cups cooked shredded meat or ground meat 1/2 cup grated longhorn 1/ 2 cup grated mozzerella 2 cups red or green chili sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 325. Mix the cheeses well. Place one flour tortilla on each of 4 ovenproof plates. Put about 1/4 cup of refried beans down the center of each Tortilla and follow with 1/2 cup shredded meat, sprinkle a little cheese on meat. Fold each side toward middle and turn over so that the edges are on the bottom. Cover each filled tortilla with 1/2 cup chili sauce and sprinkle 1/4 cup mixed cheese over all.
