Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa 3 tablespoons water 1-tablespoon light corn syrup 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
Directions:
Combine cocoa, water, corn syrup and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over very low heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Gradually add confectionsers’ sugar; beating until smooth and thick.
