Chilled Champagne Honeydew Soup

Elegant and impressive!

3 ripe honeydew melons, seeded with rind removed and cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups orange pineapple juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup champagne
Whipped cream for garnish
Raspberry, strawberry, or fresh viola for garnish

Puree melon in blender. Place in a large bowl and add juices. Refrigerate overnight.
Pour in champagne and serve in stemmed glass with a dollop of cream and garnish with a slice strawberry, raspberry or fresh viola.
