Crab Florentine
Description:
Great for a holiday cocktail party!
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic 1 bunch scallions, including greens, sliced 1/2 cup butter 1 lb crabmeat, chopped 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 9 oz. can grated Parmesan cheese 8 oz. package cream cheese
Directions:
Saute garlic and scallions in butter. Add crabmeat, spinach, parmesan and cream cheese. Heat through until melted. Keep warm in a chafing dish. Serve on sliced baguettes, or crackers.
