Winter Strawberry Muffins

Makes you think of summer!

1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
10-oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil and strawberries. Stir into dry ingredients; mix lightly. spoon into greased muffin tin and bake 20-25 minutes.
