Citrus Frost

Description:
Great low fat drink!

Ingredients:
2 8-oz. containers lowfat lemon yogurt
2 cups skim milk
1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
ice cubes

Directions:
In a blender jar, combine yogurt, milk, orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth. Serve over ice cubes.
