Cinnamon Crunch Coffee Cake

A coffee cake to mix the night before and serve to your guests warm from the oven in the morning.

2c. All purpose flour
1t. baking powder
1t. baking soda
1t. cinnamon
1/4t. salt
2/3c. softened butter
1c. granualted white sugar
1/2c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1c. buttermilk
1/4c. packed brown sugar
1/2c. chopped walnuts
1/2t. cinnamon
1/4t. nutmeg

1.Sift first five ingredients and set aside.
2.Cream margarine, sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
3. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, beat well after each addition.
4.Spread in greased, floured 9x13 inch pan. Combine 1/4 c brown sugar, nuts and spices. Mix well sprinkle over batter. Refrigerate overnight.
5.Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Check after 40 minutes.
